Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

In 2005 I decided to take a look at Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) after seeing a write-up In Dr Mercola's newsletter.

On visiting the official EFT website, I read about all the miraculous results practitioners from around the world were supposedly achieving with everything from minor trauma right up to serious diseases. I thought this really sounded like snake oil sales; how could one technique possibly achieve so much? I decided to look further into this "miracle" technique, so I Downloaded the free manual all 79 pages of it.

After reading the manual I thought a more thorough investigation was in order.
Using Google I checked out meridian therapies and energy psychology. From this I realized I was already familiar with many such as acupuncture, touch for health/ kinesiology, acupressure / shiatsu, Bowen NST, and NAET.

Having personally experienced the benefits of some of these techniques, I was more inclined to try EFT. So I dived right in, read the free manual bought and studied the first three sets of DVDs then put it into practice, with amazing results.

Eliminating in just 5 minutes, eliminating dystonia caused by a highly traumatic event in the clients childhood, and helping an anorexic overcome her problem, and relieving my own hiatus hernia, just to mention a few.

It seems even newcomers can get results 50% of the time, and experienced professionals better than 80% results.

I would recommend that anyone give it a try, you can't hurt people and you just might help.

My main reason for getting into EFT was because I treat a number of people with fibromyalgia, including my wife. I was aware that this painful debilitating disease often appears following a traumatic event in the person's life, such as an accident, a serious illness, child abuse etc. so I reasoned that maybe it was the trauma that, in some cases, was stopping me from effecting complete relief, and totally eliminating their pain.

So far the results look promising.

For this reason and based on my research, I heartily endorse EFT for emotional freedom, physical freedom and performance freedom. Based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body's subtle energies, EFT has been proven successful in thousands of clinical cases. It applies to just about every problem you can name and it often works where nothing else will.
